Perhaps Bachmann moved the decimal again?

Just for fun.  In the video clip, Bachmann mistakenly claims that CO2 is 3% of the earth's atmosphere when it is .039% of the earth's atmosphere.  Bachmann has been warning about the serious adverse events from the .08% of those that get the HPV vaccine.  Perhaps she has again move the decimal to 8%?

Again .08% is so small that it is difficult to prove the vaccine caused these serious events. 99.92% of those that receive the vaccine do not have these events.  Statistically you are just as likely to have these serious events with or without the vaccine.
